We advise businesses and individuals on structuring and maintaining the employer-employee relationship. Our practice encompasses advising clients on employment agreements, executive compensation, equity compensation plans (e.g. stock option plans), equity compensation awards and agreements, bonus and benefit plans, and other matters.  We also design company policies and provide advice on personnel and human resource matters, such as employee codes of conduct, employee handbooks, social media policies, AI policies and other policies and guidelines.
